Mum is such an understanding and kind person. In fact, I’m happy when it’s time to do my nails, time passes so fast when you’re in good company. Whenever she does my nails, I do know that I am in good hands and she does a wonderful job. They always last so long despite my hands on job.
I honestly cannot believe this salon has such high ratings because my experience was the complete opposite. I chose this salon because they were accommodating and agreed to see me early in the morning, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. From the moment I walked in, I was shocked. The salon was cluttered, dirty, and completely disorganized. It honestly looked more like a storage room than a spa. There was dust everywhere, dried glue on surfaces, random clutter throughout, and visible skin and nail clippings on the floor. The pedicure chair had holes in the upholstery and was so uncomfortable that I could barely sit through the appointment. What bothered me most was that this is supposed to be a spa experience. Instead, spending two hours there felt uncomfortable from beginning to end. The condition of the salon made me question the level of cleanliness and overall attention to detail. The technician was kind, and the finished nails were acceptable, but that doesn’t make up for the environment. At one point she used an OPI bottle, but when I asked about the colour, she explained it had been refilled with a different brand. As a client, I expect to know what products are being used. There are many wonderful salons that provide a clean, comfortable, relaxing experience where clients feel confident in the environment and the products being used. Sadly, this was not one of them. I almost walked out, and looking back, I wish I had trusted my instincts.

Amazing nail salon! Truly a hidden gem. The designs and nail colours are always spot on and she always does exactly as you ask and/or provides suggestions to make it prettier! She even does free-hand designs if you request. I highly recommend this salon! Also, pedicures are very well done too and very fairly priced.
I've been coming to this place for 4 years, and it never disappoints me. My nail technician, Mum, is the best. You receive great service, and you come out of there with beautiful nails. I highly recommend this salon. On top of all that, their hours are super flexible 7 days a week.
